Hi, I’m Daniel Schillig

Photography has been part of my life since childhood. What began as simple curiosity grew into a lifelong way of seeing the world and of understanding light, people, atmosphere, and place.

Over the years, I have worked with Leica, Nikon, Fuji, and many other systems, both digital and analogue. Each camera ecosystem has taught me something different about pace, precision, colour, and the relationship between photographer and subject.

Today, my work is shaped by a life between England and Italy. Moving between these worlds continues to influence how I photograph: with an eye for contrast, texture, quiet moments, and the character of everyday environments.
